Traffic & Accidents

After an accident, the insurer runs its own assessment and usually offers a figure before the injuries have healed. Accepting it closes the claim. Our job is to make sure the injuries are properly documented and valued before anyone signs anything.

What we do

  • We claim compensation for injuries and for property damage.
  • We coordinate the medical follow-up and the expert report the claim rests on.
  • We negotiate with the insurer and go to court if the offer does not match the harm.
  • We also act in pedestrian, motorcycle, bicycle and scooter accidents.
  • We defend proceedings for road-safety offences.
  • We appeal traffic penalties and licence-point deductions.

What people usually bring us

  • A recent accident and an insurer that has already made an offer.
  • Injuries still unhealed months after being discharged.
  • A pedestrian accident where liability is disputed.
  • A serious fine or a points deduction you want to appeal.

Do not sign the insurer’s settlement without someone on your side reading it: once signed, the claim is closed even if consequences appear later. The amount is set by a statutory scale, not by whoever is claiming.
