Legal notice
Last updated: 30 July 2026
This notice sets out the information that article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), requires to be made available to visitors of this website, together with the terms of use.
1. Website owner
This website is owned and operated by:
- Full name: Amrou Sbahi Alaskar
- Professional address: Puerta del Sol 13, oficina 10, 5.ª planta — 28013 Madrid
- Second office: Calle Velázquez 86 B, bajo C — 28006 Madrid
- Telephone: +34 722 80 54 00 · +34 722 800 524
- Email: sbahi@alaskarabogados.es
- Website: alaskarabogados.es
2. Professional details
The activity carried out through this website is the practice of law, which in Spain is a regulated profession requiring registration with a Bar association.
- Bar association: Madrid Bar Association — Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM)
- Country where the qualification was awarded: Spain
- Applicable professional rules: Estatuto General de la Abogacía Española (Royal Decree 135/2021), the Spanish Bar Code of Conduct, and the Statute of the Madrid Bar Association
3. How to verify our Bar registration
Our registration can be verified free of charge and without intermediaries in the Madrid Bar Association’s public register, searching by name, surname or registration number.
ICAM public register: https://www.icam.es/censoColegiados/BuscaCenso.jsp
We encourage you to do so. In immigration matters it is common to find people offering these services without being registered with a Bar association, and without registration there is no professional indemnity insurance, no legal professional privilege, and no Bar association to complain to.
4. Purpose and terms of use
Access to this website is free and does not require registration.
By accessing it you undertake to use it lawfully, not to use it for unlawful activities, and not to introduce content or software that could damage the systems of the owner or of third parties.
5. The information on this website is not legal advice
The contents of this website — including the practice area pages — are informational. They describe each area in general terms and explain how the firm works.
They do not constitute legal advice, do not replace a professional consultation, and cannot be applied to a specific case without individual assessment. Every matter depends on its facts, its documents and the law in force at the time, which in immigration matters changes frequently.
Visiting this website does not create a lawyer–client relationship. That relationship arises only when both parties expressly accept the engagement.
No outcome is guaranteed. Nothing on this website should be read as a promise of a favourable decision.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, logo, illustrations, photographs and design of this website belong to the firm or are used under sufficient licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Partial reproduction of the texts is permitted provided the source is cited and linked. Commercial use, and reproduction of the design, logo or illustrations, require written authorisation.
7. Links to other sites
This website links to third-party pages — among others, the ICAM public register, Google Maps and TikTok — to make it easier to verify our details or to reach the firm’s content.
The owner does not control those pages and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies. By following such a link you leave this website and become subject to the third party’s terms.
8. Liability
The owner takes care to keep the published information accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it always is: the law changes, and in immigration matters it changes quickly.
To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damage arising from the use of information on this website without prior professional advice, nor for service interruptions, connection errors or technical incidents beyond its control.
9. Data protection
The processing of personal data is explained in the privacy policy, and the use of cookies in the cookie policy. Both form part of this legal notice.
10. Complaints
Any complaint about the firm’s professional conduct may be sent directly to sbahi@alaskarabogados.es, and also to the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM), which is the competent body in matters of professional conduct.
11. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts determined by the applicable rules; where the user is a consumer, to the courts of their place of residence.
