What we do
- We attend detainees at the police station and at court.
- We conduct the defence at every stage: investigation, trial and appeal.
- We also act as private prosecutor where you are the injured party.
- We study the police report and the evidence before settling on any strategy.
- If you are not Spanish, we explain how the proceedings may affect your immigration status.
What people usually bring us
- A summons as a suspect that arrives by post and makes no sense.
- An arrest, and a family that does not know what to do in the hours that follow.
- A complaint filed by someone else, or one you want to file.
- A conviction you want to appeal.
If you are detained or summoned, you have the right to a lawyer from the outset and the right not to make a statement before speaking to one. Use that right before any other. No lawyer can tell you in advance how a criminal case will end.
